1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Delays: Shipments may be delayed if we experience a high volume of orders. We will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on the location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Confirmation Email: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
- Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Responsibility: Boatworld is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
- International Shipments: Customs policies vary widely for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
5. Damages
- Damaged Items: Boatworld is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Proof of Damage: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
- Shipping Area: We currently only ship within Canada. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
