I had a small issue with a Zodiac-Style boat and Mercury motor that I had bought from them 2 years ago. Even though the motor was out of warranty and needed to be exchanged, they worked with me with the utmost consideration and kindness and addressed the issue perfectly.

August 3 2025, went to boat world parts closed. Needed a ballast pump so they called Jackie and he took us done to parts we got what we needed and got our boat back on the lake. It was a first class demonstration of customer service.Thanks to the girls and Jackie we do appreciate what you did.

Just purchased a boat from LR Boatworld
We had a great experience, they gave us the lowest price they could offer , and they stuck to it .... wouldn’t budge any lower . But we did our due diligence and looked at lots of other boats . By far they gave us the best price , and insurance company they hooked us up with even our own long term insurance company couldn’t come close to beating their quote.
Can’t wait for summer 2021 !

We live 2.5 hours away, but it was definitely worth the drive. Glen was outstanding. We bought a pair of kayaks, and he spent the time to get us down to the water to launch, gave us an intro to the basics, and finished by helping us load and lash before heading out. The only thing that could have been better would be if the weather cooperated, and let us paddle out onto the lake. Highly recommended!
